   大地母亲告诉我—— 地球布满了陨击坑  

   我是“大地的女儿”。和兄弟姐妹一样，我从小是在大地母亲的怀抱里，在她最无私、最博大的母爱中长大的。
        小时候我很任性，可能因为受到母亲过多的宠爱吧：我喜欢花朵儿，她就把我带到了桃花园；我要星星她就不会给月亮……在我的眼里母亲是无所不知，无所不能，永远美丽的。她的爱使我童年充满了幻想，长大后依然童心未泯、幻想斑斓。
   最近，兄弟姐妹们在议论地球生态系统的安全问题，人类可利用的矿物资源还有多少？恐龙为什么灭绝的？……听了他们没完没了的议论，我干脆就跑去问母亲。母亲终于把一段在我们人类种群出生以前的家史告诉了我：“……过去呀，地球曾经遭受了多次大规模的陨星撞击，陨击事件不仅深刻地改变了地球的生态景观！而且，包括恐龙在内的许多生物种群因此而灭绝了！陨击过程发生的冲击变质——成矿效应使几乎所有的沉积矿包括煤、石油、铁等有色金属矿、非金属矿都藏在陨击坑内环的地里；恐龙等生物化石都埋在陨击坑环形山的坡地上……”听了这段惊人的家史，又看到布满地球陆地的陨击痕，我呆住了！
        母亲嘱咐说，“孩子，知道过去才会珍惜现在……这段历史不仅你要知道，你的兄弟姐妹也都要知道啊！”
   为了母亲的嘱咐我写下了这些文字贴在“论坛热点”上。

        Mother earth told me—the earth spreads with meteorite craters
      I am a “daughter of earth”. Like siblings, I grew up in mother earth’s bosom, in the most selfless and generous mother love.
        In childhood I was very self-willed, maybe it is due to the over indulgence of mother love: I loved flowers so that she led me to the Peach blossom Garden; I wanted a star and she would not give me a moon…in my eyes my mother was omniscient, omnipotent, and everlasting beautiful. Her love made my childhood fill with imagination, and I still keep a child’s heart and love to imagine even when I grew up.
        Recently siblings are discussing problems such as the safety of the earth ecosystem, how much mineral resource human can make use? How did the dinosaur die out? …After listened to their endless arguments, I went straightly to mother earth to asked. Eventually mother earth told me the history before we human being were created: “…long long ago, the earth was struck by large scale meteorites several times, these events not only intensely changed the ecology and landscape of earth, furthermore, many species including dinosaurs thereby died out! The strike transmutation during the meteorite striking—mineralization effect made almost all deposit mineral including non-Ferrous metal such as coal, petrol, iron etc and non metallic mineral hid under the earth of internal ring of meteorite craters; the biologic fossils such as dinosaur all were buried under the sloping field of ringed mountains of meteorite crater…” learning this astonishing history, and see the strike marks spread around the earth, I am shock!
        Mother earth urged me: “my girl, you may cherish the present only after you know the history…not only you should know the history, but also your siblings should know it too!”
        For mother earth’s advice, I write down these words and post them on the “Hot Views”.
